Shipping policy

Packaging:

All packing is done by rexalpha on site, we only use sustainable and recyclable materials to pack your toy these consist of tissue paper, hex fill, craft paper, cardboard box* and when the weather is bad 1 layer of black pallet wrap to keep the box dry and retain its integrity. The finished parcel when ready to ship is 100% discrete, this means there is no rexalpha branding.

Labeling:

The labeling for UK recipients will only have the name and address of the recipient printed on it. For every other country in addition to the forementioned there will be a commercial invoice (CN22) which will have our registered company name and a product description of “fantasy model” printed on it, this is a legal requirement.

Shipping:

Dispatch means the handover of your parcel to the postal service.
Delivery means when the postal service is delivering your parcel.

Ready-made toys and inventory items will be dispatched the same working day when ordered before 13:00hrs GMT and the next working day thereafter.

Custom toys normally have a 2-day dispatch time, this is because the toy must be manufactured to your requirements. When rexalpha experiences an unusual high volume, we will display an announcement at the top of the webpage detailing the current build time.

No order takes priority over another, everything is made and shipped in order of receipt.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties incurred in your country, this unfortunately is down to you to pay. 

*rexalpha uses cardboard boxes to ship all items, the majority of which are bought specifically for this task. However, where possible, rexalpha will reuse packing we have received, this is part of our commitment towards our environmental policy.
